What we do

PRB Consulting offer a tailored site management service to suit your business needs. Our skilled and competent team of construction managers can support your project delivery by giving you an independent review of site safety and management.

We are currently working with major clients across the UK rail network whereby we monitor and audit;

Reports are compiled at the time of the visit and are electronically distributed immediately to all who require a copy.

How we do it

Using tablets and our tailored auditing application, we conduct audits in real time, add photographic evidence of findings and distribute the report before leaving site. The application software allows us to tailor our audits to specific areas, working with you we can develop Audit criteria that meets with your expectations and focuses on areas where you may have concerns.

For example, we have developed specific rail audits in the following areas;

• Daily Diaries
• Full H&S Audits
• ALO Audits and Reports
• Possession Reports and Frustrated Access Reports
• Site First Aid compliance to NR/L2/OHS/001110
• OTP Pre Work Start Report

The competence and knowledge of our team means we can also assist in the development and review of your internally created Construction Phase Plans and Work Package Plans

Our Staff

We can provide daily reports to senior managers and project staff on progress of works, highlight any immediate issues, and are on hand to support in accident, incident and near miss reporting.

Our team of site managers come from a wide range of disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Permanent Way, Signalling, and hold various competencies in their area of specialism. In addition, our site audit team are competent in the following areas;

• NEBOSH General or Construction
• IOSH and IIRSM Members
• Accident Investigation
• Personal Track Safety (PTS)
