As you should all be aware from 1st May 2018, RISQS.org will be
responsible for the running of the Railway Approved Supplier System, including Audits.
By now you should have all received an email, advising you of your new login and password details.
You should have logged in and checked to see what actions are required to be completed.
Last week, I attended a one on one session with the new companies that will be responsible for the delivery of IT services and Audits. I have gained some insights to aide you in the transition of data from the Achilles platform to the new RISQS portal.
One of the questions that I keep being asked to explain is the profile that you will be requested to create to assign RICCL Codes to.
This was explained to me as a benefit for companies that may have a number of different departments that may be responsible for works relating to different RICCL codes held. An example of this could be an asbestos removal department will hold a set of codes and a separate department that may hold codes to supply labour works.
For those companies that this doesn’t apply to, you will be able to assign a single profile and assign all RICCL codes to this, ie All Rail Works
Should you have any queries, the free phone helpdesk contact number is 0800 4101 300 and the staff there will be able to assist you.
