Overview
PRB Consulting was engaged by Absolute Roofing Solutions to support the review and development of the company’s health and safety management arrangements, with a focus on strengthening governance, operational control and continual improvement across the business.
Working closely with the directors and senior leadership team, PRB provided strategic and practical support to review existing arrangements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement a robust management framework aligned with current legal requirements and industry best practice.
The Requirement
Absolute Roofing Solutions required a structured review of its existing health and safety arrangements to ensure that systems remained proportionate to the business, effective in practice, and capable of supporting continued operational growth.

Detailed review and enhancement of project documentation including:
